Currently, our delivery operations cover only the 48 contiguous United States. As TV stands are classified as large or heavy items, providing an accurate street address is crucial to ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Transit Time: After the shipment has been dispatched, it is expected to arrive at your delivery address within 3–7 business days.
Total Delivery Time: From the moment you place your order until you receive the product, the total estimated delivery time is typically 4–10 business days.

Receiving Your Delivery
Since our TV stands contain components made of wood, glass, or metal, please be sure to inspect the outer packaging for any damage before signing for the delivery. If the packaging shows obvious signs of severe damage, you may choose to refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at service@tvstand.online. If you discover damaged internal parts after signing for the delivery, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service team within 48 hours; we will then arrange for replacement parts to be sent to you.
