REFUND POLICY

At TVStand LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with every TV stand product you purchase. If, for any reason, you need to request a return or refund, we are here to assist you in accordance with the standard policy outlined below.

30-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges, effective from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions: Products must remain in brand-new, unused condition and must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging (including all instruction manuals, hardware, and protective foam). If a product has been assembled or lacks its original packaging, your eligibility for a full refund may be affected.
Exchange Instructions: If the product you receive has manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping, we will replace the defective parts or the entire unit for you free of charge. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model solely due to personal preference, you must first process a return for the original item and then place a new order.

Return Process
Submit a Request: Please send an email to service@tvstand.online, including your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product.
Request Review: Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide you with a “Return Authorization Code.”
Return the Product: Please package the product securely and include your order information inside the shipping box. You must select a reliable shipping carrier to send the item to our designated return center.

Note: Return packages sent without prior authorization from our customer service team may not be accepted by our warehouse.

Fees and Processing Times
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to product quality issues or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for personal reasons (such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item and complete our warehouse inspection.
Refund Disbursement: The refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank’s processing speed, funds typically appear on your statement within 3 to 10 business days after processing.

Handling of Damaged or Defective Items
If, upon unpacking, you discover damaged panels, broken glass, or missing parts, please be sure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. For such issues, TVStand LLC is committed to resolving the matter for you—either by promptly shipping replacement parts or issuing a refund—at no additional cost to you.
