A: On each product detail page, we list the recommended TV size range and the maximum weight capacity of the top shelf. We recommend measuring the width of your TV’s base to ensure it is narrower than the length of the TV stand’s top surface. If you have any doubts, please feel free to provide your TV model number to our customer service team for assistance.
Q: Does the product require self-assembly?
A: Yes. To minimize the risk of shipping damage and reduce your shipping costs, our TV stands are typically shipped in flat-pack packaging. Each package includes detailed illustrated instructions (in both Chinese and English) as well as all the necessary hardware components.
Order & Payment Information
Q: Is this a one-time payment?
A: Absolutely. TVStand LLC conducts one-time sales transactions only. The amount displayed at checkout is the final cost; we do not have any hidden subscription fees or recurring billing plans.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major payment methods across the U.S., including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and leading secure third-party payment platforms.
Shipping & Delivery Information
Q: How soon will my order ship after I place it?
A: Once your order is confirmed, we typically process and ship it from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Q: What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
A: Please inspect both the outer packaging and the product itself within 48 hours of receipt. If you discover any damage (such as chipped panels or shattered glass), please take photos and send them to service@tvstand.online. We will happily ship replacement parts to you free of charge or arrange for a product exchange.
Returns & Refunds Information
Q: Can I return a product?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. The product must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Since TV stands are considered oversized items, the buyer is typically responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part. Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: We will process your refund within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting your returned items. The funds will be returned to your original payment account; the exact time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
